Steam offers online play of Sid Meier's Civilization V for Windows or Mac for free. It's the first time we've seen this game available with free play for everyone. The free play of this full-version game ends May 27 at 4 pm ET.
Alternatively, purchase the game for $7.49, or get the Game of the Year version for $12.49. (Gamefly and Get Games have the Windows-only version for the same price; Amazon charges the same for the Windows-only GOTY.) They're each price lows by at least $12.
Downloadable Content (DLC) is also available starting at 74 cents each, or $2.49 for the DLC pack. These sale prices end May 28.
