Bacon Buttercup Muffins
We have these every Christmas morning and eat them throughout the day. They are small enough that I think there are no calories, at least not on Christmas day.
2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 pound of bacon, fried and crumbled
Mix flour, butter, and sour cream with hands; stir in bacon. Put in miniature muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
