While studies suggest that presidential elections have no impact on consumer spending, businesses are already pessimistic about how the outcome of this year's contest could affect their bottom lines. As such, some have already taken measures to shore up their profit margins.

But we know that the only way to find out what the public will do is to ask them. So we're asking you, our readers, to let us know how the results of November 8 will affect how you spend your hard-earned cash come November 25, a.k.a. Black Friday.
